Terms of Service

By submitting an application or reservation, you agree to the following terms. A full purchase contract is provided at the time of deposit.

Reservations

A $500 deposit secures placement on our waiting list. Deposits are refundable within 14 days of payment and fully applicable to the final purchase price.

Selection

Selection follows in deposit order. We reserve the right to decline placement to any applicant whose household we determine is not suitable, with deposit fully refunded.

Pickup & delivery

Kittens leave the cattery no earlier than 12 weeks of age. We do not crate-ship unaccompanied. In-cattery pickup, flight-nanny service, and licensed ground courier are available.
